"We absolutely loved our stay at Copperhead. We will greeted with a warm welcome by Grace, who was just wonderful. Then when we went to the cabin and opened the door, we were absolutely astonished by its beauty and its personal attention to detail. It had everything we needed and plenty that we didn’t. And when we walked into the backyard and noticed that there was a hot tub that was waiting for us Cindy and I were both excited and enjoyed it. There was only one downside. We only were able to stay for one night. We are definitely coming back and spreading the word to our family and friends. Thanks again for a wonderful experience "

"The spa experience was disappointing. The room was cold, and they didn’t have the necessary amenities for a woman’s comfort. The oil was sprayed directly onto my skin cold. I received a massage on one hand but not the other. Same with my feet, The massage was rough, and they did not properly cover parts of my body while working on other areas. Overall, it was very disappointing — the entire massage service felt rushed and poorly done. I want to add that I get spa treatments at hotels on all my trips, and this has been the worst experience by far.I told this to the front desk lady( very gently) "

"Great customer service. A beautiful and unique facility. Staff met us in parking area to help with luggage. Provided a great over view of the facility and amenities. Walked us to our room and explained the room amenities. Quiet and very unique. Provided a served hot breakfast in a central room. The owner/builder ate with us each morning providing a wonderful explanation of the building and its plans for future developments. Facility is 6 minutes away from Central Helen. Great location. Great getaway in a beautiful area of Georgia."
