"Stayed here in May 2026, while visiting with my daughter that was currently stationed at Ft Knox; Was very comfortable & clean. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pool or try the complementary breakfast. The fitness center was adequate and the water pressure in the shower was good. Thank you."

"Property and room very clean, comfortable and well-maintained. However, staff was borderline rude. My friend requested a teabag and was told she had to wait til morning. There was a bowl of them in the dining area, so she helped herself. About 1:30 am, someone smashed something into our door, frightening us, and ran down the hall. The front desk was non-plussed, telling us they really couldn’t do anything unless they caught them in the act. The next morning, a lady on another floor told us she heard it, it was that loud!"

"Most hotels give yo a complimentary breakfast. When you pay $240 per night charging $10 for a breakfast buffet is an insult. I don't care about the $10, I can afford it. It's just not what you expect especially your competitors is offering a complimentary breakfast whencompetition next door offers accompli"

"Stay was terrible. No hot water that was never disclosed when I checked in, elevator was broke, room smelled like dirty feet, floors had crumbs around the beds, walls were dirty. I don’t complain but the lack of hot water really tipped me over the edge. Would def not recommend."

"Pulling up to the property I was a little sketchy but when checking in the manager was so nice and after getting into the room I was pleasantly surprised, the room was clean smelled good furniture was nice the water was hot and shower and bathroom was clean I would definitely stay there again"
