"New, clean property, good staff, overall wonderful stay!"

"Very nice place to stay Staff is wonderful and a delight."

"Perfect hotel and this is my third time with this hotel. Breakfast has lots of choices. Very helpful staff and security staff at the basement. The security staff is very helpful when I park my rented car. Front desk and dining staff are all helpful. They are proactive. Very clean hotel also. I like that they have door on the fifth floor to go to the mall and don’t need to go out from the hotel."

"Great place to stay Staff very friendly Rooms cleaned every day"

"It is what it is. The place is just OK, nothing special. At check in because I booked a package deal it only listed me as a single person, flying from the U.S. to Cebu by myself it did not give me the option to include my wife (Filipina living in the area) to the reservation. I asked if I could get extra breakfast vouchers or pay for them. I was told no. When I left and went to another location, I was told that they did provide vouchers. Indoor pool is a real bummer and cold water. No one uses...

"We love staying at Harolds. However, there is always something amiss. Keys don’t work, WiFi, telephone. But we keep going back because the staff is soo sweet and attentive. The location could be better. You need to take a cab everywhere. The rooftop is good for drinks. Nice views, but the food is so so."

She only charge our card with one day 12 midnight power went out we had no air con no lights no nothing we were waking up with extreme heat called front desk and told them we were not happy. Complaint number two. The bathroom floor was flooding from the shower we were walking in the lake the problem with the hotels in the Philippines you cannot request your money back. They just give you...
