Local bem confortável, cama e travesseiros ótimos, café da manhã excelente e os funcionários bem receptivos e gentis. Porém nosso chuveiro não quis esquentar, o banho foi com água morna para fria, a persiana do quarto não fechava totalmente e o frigobar era bem barulhento.

Razoável

Passamos apenas uma noite, e não foi possível uma avaliação mais detalhada. Mas destaco algumas considerações: 1- o hotel estava com baixa ocupação, e mesmo tendo solicitado quartos com vista, nos deram com vistas para os fundos (e só optamos por um pernoite no hotel, para ter vista do Santuário); 2- o café da manhã é muito fraco (itens básicos, notadamente não eram frescos, e os sabores não estavam bons), e poderia ter menos opções (notadamente pela baixa ocupação) mas com itens preparados ou adquiridos no mesmo dia.

Boa localização, deve melhorar as infraestruturas

Muito bem localizada para quem quer disfrutar das paisagens lindas e fica bem em frente ao Santuário Nossa Senhora do Caravágio onde dá pra passar uma tarde inteira agradável. Estacionamento coberto. Cama confortável mas com poucos travesseiros pois eram muito finos. Já o chuveiro com aparência de velho e não aquecia a água. Café da manhã sem variedade e não agradou. Ficamos por dois dias, e no segundo dia nem fomos para o café pois a experiência não foi boa. Mas pra quem vai somente por uma noite para visitar o Santuário ou algo por perto como o Salto Ventoso, é um bom hotel.

Bom custo benefício.

O local fica um pouco afastado da região central de Farroupilha, mas, bem próximo dos roteiros turísticos da região. Quarto confortável, café da manhã com boa variedade, atendimento excelente, todos muito atenciosos. Para entrar e sair da garagem tem que avisar ou ligar na recepção, fica como sugestão a título de melhoria, automatizar a abertura do portão por placa, por exemplo. Única queixa, é que o anúncio oferecia uma vista para as montanhas, mas o quarto era no primeiro andar e só tinha vista para o telhado, mas isso não desabona o serviço que foi bem prestado.

Fui com minha esposa e tive uma experiência bastante agradável no hotel. Quarto amplo, com calefação e ar condicionado; a vista é espetacular, cama grande e confortável e banho quente. Calefação nos corredores do andar. Só o salão do café que é bastante frio e a variedade dos produtos é boa, mas os produtos aquecidos ficam abertos e não mantém o calor. Café aguado. Mas como diz minha esposa: "só por estar perto do Santuário, já vale a estadia abençoada".

Férias em família

Excelente estada, local muito tranquilo, ótimas acomodações, colaboradores muito queridos. Ficamos no Flat Família em 5 pessoas e foi demais, tem 2 quartos, 1 sala e 2 banheiros e a vista é maravilhosa. Situado ao lado do Santuário de Caravaggio e próximo ao Caminho de Pedras e ao Vale dos Vinhedos. Fica a 90 km de Gramado. Apenas 14km do Parque Salto Ventoso, atração imperdível de Farroupilha. Enfim, faltam palavras para descrever o excelente atendimento que foi proporcionado a nossa família.
