"I booked this hotel because the Expedia site told me there was a 24 hour shuttle to the airport. No such shuttle exists! Our flight left Dubrovnik at 6:30 am - so we needed the shuttle for 4:15am. When we checked in, we told the woman at the front desk that we needed to use the 24-hour shuttle and she looked at us like we were crazy. She ordered us a taxi instead. Expedia should REMOVE the reference to the shuttle from their site - it's misleading and inaccurate."

"Pros - staff were excellent, very clean, great facilities, good buffet breakfast, the sea is amazing (take beach shoes, it’s pebbles / rocks), great location as it’s quieter that end of bay vs. Sheraton on the other side. The AC in the rooms worked very well and maintained a nice cool temperature, it was 30c + for our entire 10 day stay.
Opportunities - when it’s peak season and limited chance of getting round the pool the beach loungers should be free to hotel guests or at the very least...

"We loved everything about this hotel. Amazing staff that goes above and beyond and everything is clean, amazing food and if you love the sea and swimming, this is your place.Easy enough to reach the main sightseeing which is about 15 minutes away by taxi. The hotel helps arrange your ride and yes all around wonderful stay. We will definitely come back."
