"Staying at The Visitation Hotel feels like you’re stepping back in time to mid 19th century Frederick, Maryland with unique features like the altar bar and pipe organ, but updated with modern amenities. The hotel is located within just a few blocks of all of the historic Frederick sites and the riverwalk. The staff were extremely helpful, giving directions, making recommendations, and even taking pictures of our group. We can’t wait to go back again and hopefully stay even longer next time. "

"It's a nice inn, people are rather friendly, and the breakfast items are pretty much what you expect at a Quality Inn. The biggest issue was that the entire property is infested with ants - they are everywhere - in the room, bathroom, and dining area. The management needs to address it asap. As of now, I would avoid it."
