"El personal de la reception fue muy bueno, muy atento. A diferencia de la persona del bufete su atencion no fue la mejor :( Espero que su comportamiento no sea siempre asi. En general el Hotel es excelente, la habitacion muy comoda, limpia y muy cerca a estación del tren y busde Mestre desde ahi puedes tomar un bus a solo 20 minutos de Venecia Santa Lucia station."

"This location is super convenient and it is only 5 mins away St Mark Square. Because we had a morning flight and when we arrived at the hotel was only 12pm, the check in time suppose to be after 2pm. The reception told us our room is ready which is perfect! We can dropped off our luggage and have extra time to walk around in the city. The staffs are professional and super friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel on the future."

"This hotel is very centrally located, 1min walk from the water taxi, which is very convenient as in Venice you have to walk your luggage to your stay after getting off from the Water Taxi. The rooms are big and spacious. They have small kitchen and laundry, which was very handy. The only downside was that the beds were not that comfortable."

"Tudo ótimo, atendimento, café da manhã. Só faltou informar que quem chega na estação S.Lucia pode pegar o vaporeto-onibus e descer na estação São Samuele. Pegamos o táxi privado pois não sabíamos que seria tão fácil e barato o vaporeto."

"Contattare la struttura giorni prima per esigenze è stato impossibile. La tv in camera non trasmetteva i canali nazionali. La pulizia dei cuscini lasciava a desiderare. Il resto della camera pulita e la strutture è comoda per spostarsi a Venezia"

"We enjoyed the property and the areas around it, it was an easy walk to the beach and had grocery stores and restaurants in the surrounding areas. However, we found the customer service and amenities disappointing. We were not provided with a change in towels or bed sheets throughout our 11 day stay. As well, after one roll of toilet paper we had to go buy our own. One of the staff was reluctant in calling us a taxi. "

"What a lovely stay. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Our room was on the top floor, its smaller, but quaint. Bathroom was comfortable size. Asela was lovely, helpful, and accomodating. He made you feel so welcome! After we wandered for 20min from the taxi to the hotel, i couldn't believe how perfect the location was, it was a last minute booking and a great choice. Dont bring roller suitcases to venice. We watched everyone else struggle up and down those steps."

"Nous avons loué une caravane pour visiter Venise en avril. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la plage ou la piscine qui avaient l'air très bien car il faisait un peu froid. Il aurait fallu une couverture supplémentaire d'ailleurs car nous avons eu très froid la nuit. Sinon, les draps étaient fournis et bien propres, le logement fonctionnel et propre également. Il était impossible d'avoir des informations sur le trajet vers Venise avant de venir (le personnel ne parlait ni l'anglais ni le français...
