"Staff was really friendly and polite. Early check-in was a breeze. Was upgraded to the executive room. Loved the massive bathroom/shower. Room was clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious. A ton of variety. Service was amazing. Super convenient location. Close to basically everything (MTR, bus, shops, supermarket, convenience stores) My 2nd time staying here. Definitely staying here again on future visits!"

Four Points By Sheraton Hong Kong, Tung Chung

"Standard four points by Sheraton hotel. Everything more than adequate. My only negative comment is the shuttle bus from the airport is once per hour. This can be frustrating if you just miss one by one minute. Rooms are smaller than other Sheraton hotels but land is priceless in Hongkong, so that’s understandable. Shuttle buses to the nearest railway station is every 30 mins. They do move to a precise timetable. Beware. Otherwise no problems."

"I don't know why you guys(Experia) want me to write another review of Eaton HK, I wrote one before.This is like my 4th stay in like 2.5 years. Everything is fine at Eaton HK. Location is near everything. Lots of restaurants near by. Easy to get to. Clean room and comfortable bed. The only Con is the smaller room. If you're not a frequent traveler to HK. Most HK hotel have smaller room unlike in US. I personally love a small room, but that's me."

"The hotel is affordable and located in a very convenient spot. Only minutes away from all the buses and electric street cars from where we needed to go. The front door staff was very helpful; from calling for a taxi to lending an umbrella on rainy days, I was impressed by their hospitality. The only problem we had was with the elevator, as one of three was being repaired which increased wait times."
