"The room smelled like smoke despite it being a non-smoking room. The steps up to the room were slanted and damaged. The breakfast was not impressive and very minimal options."

"Everything was wonderful, they allowed us to check in early due to our early arrival because of the weather. We had one issue with a broken refrigerator but it was immediately resolved when we reported it to the front desk. They also allowed us to check out an hour late. The breakfast was great as well and we were very happy that we chose this hotel because it was walkable to the mall which was our purpose for visiting. Thank you very much for everything!"
