"It was a huge disappointment to find out at check-in that the pool nor the jacuzzi was heated. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was the whole reason I selected this hotel."

"We saw a cockroach in kitch. The house is old, but is it fine. That’s a ranch experience. Nice dark sky for star watch. But during daytime, we didn’t see any horsed or cattle as expected. Check in and check out is no touch self-service. The instruction from the host is clear and easy to follow. They provided big size breakfast pack to go. We eat them for two days. I appreciate that."
