"This place was clean, quiet, and safe, and is in a pretty setting near/on estate lands. Very convenient from the highway for access to local tourist spots and Shannon Airport. The hotel is super large and sprawling. It seems to be very popular with young families. At our Expedia rate it was pretty basic in terms of amenities. We took a look at the breakfast, which wasn't included in our rate, and it also seemed basic, so we gave it a pass. Great local bakeries and other spots to choose from...

"Like coming home if you lived in a beautiful country house and your mom was making sure you had delicious food and the nicest room in the house. Staff went above and beyond to make us happy. We arrived after 9pm and when they heard we hadn't eaten, served us a late supper of homemade fish chowder and toasted bread. Breakfast was just as delicious and clearly all home made. "We loved our stay here recently. Lobby and public spaces are clean and updated and all staff were SO helpful! I booked the “family room” and loved it!! I was confused at booking because it only said 2 twin beds but it actually came with one double bed and 3 twin beds!!! I would suggest fixing that detail for others booking. "I appreciate the hotel was close to the airport. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff was very friendly and able to make a taxi reservation for my next day departure. The taxi arrived at the appropriate time. The restaurant staff were very kind."

"The hotel was extremely busy which led to service being poor. There was a wedding the night we stayed which led to an obscene amount of noise, and not ideal since we were catching an 8 hour flight next day. Room cleanliness was okay, hairdryer did not work. The main public areas of the bar, restaurant were not very clean. Public bathrooms were also not clean but highly likely due to the high traffic."

"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Everything worked smoothly, the room was comfortable, and the overall experience was very positive. The only small point to mention is that the rooms can be quite a long walk from the reception and breakfast area. We happened to have one of the furthest rooms, which was a little inconvenient at times, especially with family/luggage. Other than that, everything met our expectations, and we had an enjoyable stay. We would happily stay here again."
