The biggest issue is unresponsive staff. Very hard to get service. No coffee or milk at breakfast, but they had cold cereal. Receptionist had to run to the store for milk at 8:00 am, and we were the only guests at the hotel.

It said check in was till 12 but when I got there around like 9 I couldn’t check in get inside the building or nun so i didn’t go at all can I get ah refund for the 30$ I had to put down fa the room
