"Our room had a leaking heater in the bathroom and the toilet seat was unscrewed. Probably easy fixes. However, I have to say that the shuttle service outdid themselves. We were lost on how to find the hotel and how to arrive- went to the airport to see if we could figure it out. After someone called the hotel the shuttle immediately came and picked us up without charge even though we had not planned for it. We were so appreciative!!!!"

"Stayed one night at this hotel prior to my flight. It was clean, comfortable, convenient and very accessible to the train station(a bonus). Food and drinks are served at the hotel (also a plus). However, while the check in/reception staff were nice, I had an unfortunate experience of being deliberately ignored or refused service by the lady at the bar which was a most unfortunate experience and one that left quite a sour taste to an enjoyable trip to Italy. Luckily the front desk lady stepped in and helped, and for that I am thankful. I am old enough to know that people’s feelings or opinions of you are entirely their own and a reflection of their own upbringing, especially if you have never interacted before."

"The overall stay was good. The property is quite a way from the lake, so it is a significant cost for a taxi since there is no shuttle. The breakfast is an extra charge, I think around €15 each, and it looked good. The room was clean. It is about 1 block to the bus stop. The staff was very helpful! The area was kind of run down, but seemed safe."
