They don´t speak other than germany and we did not manage to get anybody answering the phone. They require photo of you ID and of the credit card before coming even if you have paid the room in advance. Only then you get the code for the entrance and to your room. "Lovely hotel, approx 20 minutes from Cologne center. Nice spacious rooms with fab shower room. Free toileraries and mini bar. Great selection for breakfast. Coffee machine was a bit confusing to use. Good that you could get a take away coffee at breakfast. Lab12 is a nice enclosed rooftop area with sights of the Cathedral. The bar wasn't open when we went but it was a nice quiet area to relax on our last day. Wellness & sauna only opens at 5pm-10pm Monday-Friday, so currently waiting to use it before we head of to the airport this evening. All the staff have been helpful and friendly"
