"The room looked and smelled very clean after entering; however, I was extremely disappointed when I saw dried urine on the side of the toilet in the lower crevices. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, but the lady in the breakfast area could exhibit better manners - she cut in front of me to put out more items without saying, "Excuse me.""
