"The property as a bit run down. Didn't look like the pictures. The door had large cracks where bugs and light could come through. There were trash and boxes left inside the room and trash cans from the previous tenant. There were odd smells in the room at arrival, so I went to the grocery store and got febreeze. "Overall my stay at this hotel was very good, the property was clean and well maintained, the staff was helpful, and the amenities were good too. The location is right off of I-75 making it convenient but not too close to the beach, it's about a 20 minute drive. The room was very quiet and spacious, the only downside is that the bed was not as firm as I would have liked, so it would sink in the middle. "The location was good for my purposes although confusing to actually access the hotel. I definitely did not like the automated service for the front desk although both Sid and David were polite and cordial. My room was musty so I had to purchase deodorizer. My toilet stopped up. Having no closet also presented a problem for me. While having a refrigerator and microwave was convenient no ironing board and iron was not as well as no front desk phone connection. I would not recommend or stay...

"we loved this property so much that we booked an additional stay! Location is ideal- right off I-75 and you can easily walk to a nearby Greek, Burger, or Seafood restaurant. We loved the clean rooms, hot shower, outdoor pool, and friendly staff. Special thanks to Marie in Breakfast service and Sandy at the Front desk- BOTH ladies very helpful and kind to us. Will definitely stay here again on our way back to Sanibel!"
