"En terminos generales esta bastante bien. personal, alrededores, planta fisica esta deteriorada, en ningun momento no nos pudieron dar toallas para estar en la piscina.. cuando nos entregaron la habitacion el pisi estaba todo mojado, yo eh estado aqui en otras ocaciones pero es la primera vez que nos ocurre esto, deberian mejorar en esa area"

Encontré deficiencia en una empleada del restaurante Piscis específicamente en el turno pm del sábado 30 de mayo, una joven quien no fue agradable ni su servicio estuvo a la altura. El joven que se encontraba en barra fue quien puedo ayudarnos ya que ella no tenía la mejor actitud. El resto de los días el personal que nos atendió en el restaurante fue muy amable."

"Figured we'd stay in Mayagüez for a night and then head over to some waterfalls in the general area. I don't usually gravitate towards hotel chains, but the island is still on the mend from the storm of '17 and earthquake of '20, and Holiday Inn is doing a pretty good job of presenting well maintained and comfortable properties around the island. Bed was comfortable, room and facilities were in good shape, and it was easy access to grab a bite to eat in town. I'd stay there again."
