"I arrived and the elevator was not working. I was planned to stay on the fourth floor. Physically my guest and myself could not climb stairs with our bags due to age. Holiday inn offered a complete refund and suggested I stay at another location. Another location was secured. I did not receive the refund for the room."

"I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and hotel was nice. My only issue is when I checked in the representative was able to verify I had already prepaid for parking and breakfast. For some reason they still charged my card out of my incidentals for parking. I have called and currently still waiting for it to be credited back to my account. Its been almost a week. ."
