"This garden stay near the city was a wonderful stop on our way from the Pacific Coast to the Caribbean Coast. The pool was very clean and refreshing. Inid and her trusted companion Lucy were wonderful hosts. We ended up showing up early and were not turned away. Privacy was 100% being within the gates and the entire property is one huge garden. "Such a cool place. We stayed most of a week, and since there are limited number of rooms, there aren’t many other guests, so it felt like our own little private resort. Our room opened right out to the pool and restaurant. Iguanas were hanging out, a toucan visited us on a tree near the restaurant. We really found a hidden gem. "

"What an absolute gem of a place. I didn't want to leave! After a 2 week road trip, we wanted somewhere an 'easy' drive of SJO airport before our longhaul flight, and this place was perfect. We felt it extended our holiday because we instantly totally relaxed. The rooms had lovely comfortable beds and stunning views. "We paid months ahead as with many other accommodations, which we've never had any issues with. This place was hard to find so we called to clarify directions, and we were told if we didn't have a 4x4 that it wasn't possible to get to (which was NOT mentioned on the booking site on Expedia) We were left to scramble and find a place to stay last minute which was inconvenient and cost a lot more. We were also informed we would be given the money back but months later we still haven't seen it. "
