"Well appointed hotel. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and in-room amenities were good. We had breakfast two mornings in a row and it was simple but very good. The dining area is exceptionally clean and well cared for by hotel staff. The only downside is the walls and doors are very thin and do not seem soundproofed. We stayed on the second floor next to the emergency stairs, and many, many guests began using this set of stairs as early as 6am. We could hear guests enter the stairwell,...

"Terrible stay, toooo noisy!!! (I got very little sleep!) Pool & hot tub were full of noisy kids ALL the time! Suggestion: have adult only pool, hot tub from 8pm-9:30. Also, parking was limited , I did not go out after I got a parking spot fear of no parking later. (people were non stop circling around for parking) Ps staff were helpful though! Also had 2 live crawling spiders in the bathroom…ugh!"

"The hotel was clean but the newer finishes in the rooms are already coming apart. AC worked well, and overall fairly clean. The pillows have to be some of the worst I have ever tried to sleep on, and the pull out couch mattress was poor."

"The lady at the front desk is extremely smug and snobby. We chose this hotel for the hot tub because I suffer from chronic pain and needed a soak after a long drive. The pool was filled with nearly 40 teenagers screaming, hitting each other, throwing flip-flops around, cracking the towels on the water which ruptured my eardrum. No chaperone to be found. "First time staying @ Vista Inn Won't be my last. Staff were helpful rooms clean and fresh . Air conditioner worked great attendants even came to check filter. People were enjoying the pool The look out over Kamloops was within a short walk. Took a few pictures off our balcony of a beautiful sunset. The only disappointment was the continental breakfast . Other than that. I will be staying again"

"Super friendly staff at checkin and checkout. Room and entire building nicely cleaned. One thing to be careful of is the smaller parking lot, for those driving bigger trucks"
