I think it may have been a language barrier issue as we don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English and he didn’t have much patience for translating. We also found the men who checked us in were not very welcoming. For such a beautiful hotel the front desk people should be much more welcoming. "It is not a Bed & Breakfast ...it is an airBnB ! Welcoming was null , except an comunication by using WhatsApp. We never saw the owner. Parking is very far from room and it depends if you are lucky or not to find a place to park ! Breakfast is very poor it is only one coffee with only one croissant The only positive things is cleanliness of the room. No swimming pool as it was specified in the descriptif."
