The staff, the manager, the reception, Waleed, Hamza, Omar and the girls, were great and very friendly. They changed my room a few times as per my request and even provided a bigger room as a compensation. It was safe and lots of shops, restaurants and services are located in the area. Public transportation was also easy.

Hôtel manque d'entretien, odeur de vieux et moisi. les chambres standard et sanitaires sont totalement à revoir. Galère pour avoir de l'eau chaude. Une serviette pour deux personnes. Petit déjeuner plus que simple. Pas de fruits, ni oeufs. Petites cuillères en plastiques. Les photos sur le site ne correspondent pas à la réalité.Dommage, il ya pourtant un bon potentiel avec une meilleur entretien. J'ai connu cet hôtel avec un ancien propriétaire c'était dix fois mieux.

Hotel charmant, bien situé mais vieillissant. Clim en panne. Chambre sonore. Mais buffet petit déjeuner plutôt bien et personnel très à l'écoute et agréable. Ca compense le reste.

Hôtel bien situé, pas trop loin de la gare

Que dire, un beau navire à la dérive sans direction... - petit déjeuner buffet mais vous n'avez le droit qu'à 1 seul café sans pouvoir terminer votre petit déjeuner... mais cela dépend du serveur du jour (pas de 2nd café le dimanche car la sécurité se transforme en serveur et vous explique de nouvelles règles). - des femmes de ménage qui essaient d'ouvrir votre chambre pendant que vous dormez à 10h du matin, car la réception/direction (si elle existe) ne leur dit pas que la chambre est occupée. - du bruit de travaux de peinture au pas de votre porte d'entrée de chambre sans que la réception ne vous prévienne ou ne vous change de chambre. - pas de bureau dans la chambre triple, donc impossibilité de travailler confortablement sur son ordinateur portable. - une réceptionniste souriante mais qui vous coupe toujours la parole à chaque moment de phrase, et qui vous explique qu'elle sait ce que vous allez dire... et qui vous réponds souvent à côté de la plaque (elle ne m'explique pas pourquoi le 4ème jour je n'ai pas le droit d'avoir 1 café supplémentaire, et va même plus loin en m'expliquant que c'est comme ça partout !!! ) - De minuscules cuillères en plastiques jetables partout (pour le café, pour le yaourt, etc), car on vous explique que c'est pour votre santé afin que vous n'attrapiez pas le covid en août 2023... mais que cette règle ne s'applique pas aux autres couverts en acier que l'on met également dans la bouche, comme les fourchettes !!! )
