The AC was down, and their excuse was that they had not gotten it fixed in time, they had 200 other rooms they couldn't have moved me to one with AC that worked ?????? the room as also filthy and the sheets had brown stains.

This may have been a very nice property once and it may again be a nice property in the future, but for now we can't recommend it. The air conditioning was not working so the rooms were miserably hot and it was impossible to sleep. Further, we were put in ground floor rooms where we did not feel safe leaving the windows open at night as there was no way to open them partially and it would have been easy for someone to climb right through the window. In one room, one window was broken and didn't open at all and in the other room, the sliding door didn't lock so anyone could have come into the room. There did not seem to be any urgency on fixing the AC - perhaps they're waiting until renovations are done. All of the buildings and the pool area look very run down - a coat of paint would at least make everything look better. On the positive side, the staff was all very friendly and there was easy access to the beach. The area around the hotel felt safe with local families and tourists walking on the wide sidewalk between the road and beach and there were places to eat within walking distance - would recommend Venetian Ice. The lobby of the hotel was lovely as shown in the pictures and rooms were clean. If the hotel management invests some money and renovates the entire property, this could be a very nice place to stay on the beach - maybe by summer 2024...

Casablanca Adventure
We stayed on way from Agadir to Madrid Nice 4th floor room(redone building) looking at Casablanca Beach..Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and lunch great by the pool. Flowers and Waterfalls They will working on main building rooms soon. Upstairs street level Victory Coffee and Restaurants great view of Casablanca 🌇 Sunset.

Nothing was unique about the property. It was run down and poorly managed. The rooms are old and the workmanship poor. Huge health and safety issues with wires hanging off sockets on the walls and walls chipping off. The building is not maintained at all, ripped and filthy sun loungers, you wouldn't want to swim in that pool, it's filthy and like the rest of the hotel unsafe. The property doesnt feel safe as there's a main road towards the side of the property that leads to the beach that is open for all. That area is filthy with rubbish and broken glass everywhere. We didnt have any treatments at the wellness spa as it was overly priced and majority of the staff dont speak English so a huge barrier to communication. The breakfast was okay, but what a farce. They kept running out of food and didn't refill, we had to keep asking for obvious things like bread. The staff then got into a brawl blaming one another in the presence of customers, it was tense and quite frankly unprofessional. I wouldn't stay there ever again and would certainly rate it as a 1 star. Don't waste your money and time booking this hotel, you will be very disappointed. Expedia, stop promoting this hotel it's not 4 star!

The room and facility are kind of old and needs update. The garden and pool are beautiful. The service staff are very friendly. The location is very convenient and near the beach. One of the best hotel in Casablanca, not a lot of choice.

They have recently updated the mattresses in the hotel and they are great. A vast improvement over my previous stay. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. A great location and convenient to many places.

Выбрала отель, тк планировала воспользоваться spa. Но spa был закрыт, и инфы об этом нигде не было. Выход на пляж к океану тоже был закрыт, искала его вместе с местным персоналом минут 15, натыкаясь на закрытые двери. В номере не было полотенец, ресепшн на звонки не отвечал, пришлось бегать по коридорам искать самой. Трансфер в аэропорт заказала с третьей попытки, трижды меня отсылали к другому сотруднику, и каждый из них едва говорил на английском. Все курят прямо в общественных зонах.

Totalt nederen, slidt og ulækkert.
Totalt malplaceret i stjerne vurderingen, som de indfødte sagde når man fortalte man boede på Lido, .... “chefen har forladt hotellet for længe siden!!” Hotels.com burde 100% undersøge sine hoteller bedre, inden de smider det på hjemme siden, dette var både dyrt og totalt slidt ned, med kedelige trætte ansatte.

Great hotel in a great location
Great hotel which is excellently located if you're looking to be close to the beach and on the main strip where it is buzzing. You can walk to most attractions from here. The hotel is clean and rooms are great. The service from reception, concierge and room service was amazing. Always friendly and helpful. House keeping is also amazing.
