"This is a three-star hotel. There's nothing spectacular about it. The fact that they charge a premium dollar per night for this property and then add on a $20 parking fee is adding insult to injury. In my humble opinion the parking fee should be included in an already inflated nightly rate. Again folks this is a three-star property"

"The hotel is super convenient to Dickies arena and walkable to the cultural district. The parking and the room access isn’t very convenient. Room access is outside. The lobby and coffee area are separate and accessed from outside. The staff was lovely but minimal and understanding the set up of the hotel was confusing. Overall feels more like an apartment airbnb than a hotel."
