"Room was clean, but the temperature in 314 would not get the room as cold as we like it. Check-in process should move faster and a greeting goes a long way. We travel between NY and FL and we have literally stayed at this location 26 times in the last 2 years. The hotel is newer and clean. It depends who you get for the check in and out process. This hotel is filled with contractors and transient guests that expect hot coffee and breakfast. The last 3 stays have failed on providing either all while watching the receptionist sitting at the desk as if it not a big deal. These were all new faces to us, so it could be new management. We're still unsure what member of mgt came up with ultra small 5 pillows for a king bed. This does not add to comfort, but everyone knows this. Nonetheless, we have had better experiences. Hoping this was a fluke."
