"Internet is average speed, rooms are not cleaned unless asked to be cleaned which is a bit disconcerting. The bed I had (king size) was very uncomfortable, no support, just laying on the frame, worn out, etc. Shower water has/had a very weak stream, could barely rinse the soap off, not worthy at all. There aren't any ice machines on the property, so, you have to go to the front desk to where they sell over-priced snacks and retrieve a 3lb bag of ice (if they have it available), on two of the three nights ice was not available. Also, they have a nice lounge, but no liquor license, so, no night caps, etc., to take advantage of the lounge. The site itself is in a great location, which is why I have chosen this place a few times. It's just okay, but it could be so much better, and it was, when it was the Royce Hotel, several years back. Okay, gotta go, time for Ibuprofen for my sore back from the three stooges bed accommodations....."

"The staff were nice but the hotel floors were dirty. And a lot of residents there were possibly on drugs. My room Smelled like smoke and the floors were greasy like they haven’t been mopped "
