It’s a really nice hotel . Room price is worth it. Price on drinks and food is overpriced compared with what you pay for the room . The quality in the food is excellent. Staff really amazing in general except for the check in process the lady at the front desk was nasty . The rest of the staff were super nice kindly and respectful .

This property is absolutely gorgeous, beautiful and breathtaking, super clean, friendly staff, great service all over, The breakfast was one of the best and very organized, The reason for the 4 Star is, The restaurants are good but not great and very pricy $$$$ for Colombia and tourists , The food truck was the worse Taco we ever had and two water some margaritas , wait for the price , one small taco was 35,000 pesos =$9 and meat didn’t look that great and was cold and the margaritas were like $12 each, We don’t mind paying for good food but not get ripped off, I tried twice to contact the manger but both times he was not available , we highly recommend the resort just watch out for the food and drinks
