The staff was super kind and helpful, they have a transfer service from and to the city by boat between 10am and 5pm. The cabin I chose had AC and the bar has quite a nice menu for food and drinks. Basic amenities but just fine, the guys will help you in whatever way they can and you won't be pestered so much by vendors. On the other hand, they should think about installing some catch-fly lights cause insects can be really annoying, especially when eating.

It is a nice place for a few days not 7. Due to it is an island all items are imported in including water. Which causes water to be shut off at night. So go potty before 8pm. Also the limit transportation off and island can be a problem. Hope you don’t get sea sick easy as the boats are fast at times. But for three days it is a nice place to stay very remote. Staff was awesome though food breakfast was the best. The local vendors can be a pain with trying to sell stuff and massages but hotel is nice

Hotel com restaurante cheio de moscas

O restaurante é cheio de moscas, temos que ficar abanando enquanto comemos para as moscas não sentarem na nossa comida, não tem água no quarto durante a noite, reservei 8 diárias no hotel, e só consegui ficar 4 dias! Todos os outros hóspedes foram recebidos com drink de boas vindas, menos nós! E depois das 17h ficamos presos no hotel, que fica em uma ilha, pois os barcos param, logo quase não conhecemos a cidade de Cartagena! Não volto nunca mais a esse hotel e não recomendo ele para ninguém!

Hotel com inúmeras moscas no restaurante

O hotel fica em uma ilha, e as 17h não tem mais barcos, não tem água suficiente no chuveiro, hospedes foram recebidos com drink de boas vindas, menos eu! E na hora de se alimentar tem um excesso de moscas que precisamos comer e ficar abanando para as moscas não ficarem pousando na nossa comida

Buen Hotel, pessimo administracion, sucio alrededo

Willy excellente servicio! Tal qual la señora del aseo! Habia como 10 administradores que nunca hicieron nada aparentemente. Willy deberia ser el adminitrador. Que deroche de plata con los administradores para el servicio que ofrecen. El Hotel muy lindo la verdad. Super tranquilo para relajar, todo en estado bien. Pessimo costoso la comida. Desafortunadamente la playa y sus alrededores un sitio sucio y no recommendable para quedarse finalmente. La basura en el mar es terrible!
