Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing, make sure not to missed before 9:40 AM. Everything was great, my only problem was the cold water especially in the morning; otherwise no complaints.

Loved our stay here! The hotel was beautiful in such a charming building. We received a very warm welcome from the staff and were impressed with our large, clean room. They even had thoughtful touches that made it feel very sweet. The breakfast was amazing with so much food & drinks, the gorgeous roof top patio that it was served on was so wonderful. All the staff were so pleasant and helpful (even with our dreadful lack of Spanish). Definitely recommend this hotel, it felt like very good value for what we paid. Really wish that we could have stayed longer!

Really a “mixed bag” here…. room was large, staff/location/AC were great too. ZERO hot or warm water. Wi-Fi was fast with several different networks throughout building, but not in bedroom. GREAT rooftop. Breakfast (included) was typical. My room overlooked street, so it was noisy and there’s a night club next door and they go until 3 AM. Market across street helped, as well as 2 pizza places within feet.

Everything about the room was really good. The only thing I can say that would make things a little better is that they have a lock safe box so you can lock your personal belongings in the room.

Close to everything that is needed. Festivities are Mardigras ish. Hot and sweaty but then again you're near the equator. Will return soon.

I try for this platform make the hotel clarify the extra charge at the chk in , and they did not . I still waiting why they charge an extra 261mil pesos colombianos sound 80 dollar , if I paid complete when I did the booking

The hotel was nice, but there wasn’t any hot water, but the biggest problem was the lack of a consistent wifi signal during the days, which complicated my week long stay. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, but nowadays, if there’s no wifi, it makes it a lot harder to perform my daily business.

La habitación muy limpia. Yo la pedí con cocineta integrada y tenia los utensilios elemntales para cocinar. De igual forma el personal muy amable y atención a clientes excelente. De echo me apoyaron con el envio de mi maleta a mi destino, ya que por cuestiones personales ya no pude regresar al hotel y ya había reservado esos días, sin embargo se encontraban en resguardo mis cosas y me apoyaron en la logistica.

O hotel fica numa rua muuuuito movimentada(buzinas a noite toda). Não tem agua quente no chuveiro. A cozinha que aparece nas fotos está desativada. O café da manhã é apenas um prato feito.

Nos quisieron obligar a pagar un impuesto hotelero por ser Colombianos, cuando habíamos pagado el valor total por Internet. Las fotos NO coinciden con lo que reservamos. Por ese valor, hay sitios mejores.

El aire acondicionado no enfriaba muy bien, la ducha apenas salía un chorrito de agua, si llevas un acompáñate te lo cobran y las habitaciones son bien pequeñas. Pero el hotel está cerca de todo y la zona parece ser segura.
