Fiquei no quarto casal superior, muito limpo e aconchegante, ponto negativo que era de frente para a rua e até certo horário é bem barulhento, café não tem muita diversidade (normal da Colômbia). Atendentes simpáticos e atenciosos. Em geral é um bom hotel, simples mais bom.

Staff did not have rooms ready on time at check in. Also did not provide the proper amenities that the room was paid to have. Furthermore, staff psid no attention to questions and requests made to this booking.

The pool and beach area are great. Good location. Luz at reception was very courteous and helpful. Travel desk staff was also very informative.

Nice hotel with good facilities (pool and bar) and direct entry to the beach. Room is light and clean. Easy to grab a taxi and go to the historical centre. The staff is very kind and helpful. Minus is very loud music from the neighbouring hotel during the night. Breakfast is okay, but basic All in all good experience compared to the price :-)

Old hotel. Telephone not working. Shower won’t drain. Small bathroom. They fix the phone and shower. It’s just a old hotel. Breakfast just average low. They take away the towels and we have to wait till they wash them to get them back. TV only have maybe 5 channels to watch. Workers are nice.

Overall good experience in the customer service. We were happy with our stay however, the pictures on the website did not match the pool and the room but they were ok. Breakfaat was excellent and the drinks at the bar were good.

Es un hotel pequeño pero muy conveniente. El área de la piscina es muy acogedora. Puedes ver el mar mientras disfrutas de la piscina. El desayuno es muy variable. La habitación, con vista a la calle principal, fue bien comida. Tiene ducha de agua caliente y un mini bar.

Do not book or cancel your current booking. RUN!
Without exaggeration this the worst hotel stay I have ever had. We stayed two nights but almost left after the first. The property is physically falling apart, the lobby was very humid, despite covid numbers still being high around the world, Colombia recently and partially relaxing its entry requirements for foreigners, this hotel gave zero care for physical distancing, masks, or evidence of cleaning in common spaces starting at check in. The room has ants and roaches (we even killed two cockroaches and housekeeping made the beds but left the dead roaches!), there was clear evidence bugs had been smashed on the wall prior to our stay as well. The bathroom was so small it didn’t fit a 5’6 person facing forward on the toilet, the bathroom floor was 3 different heights in places that didn’t make sense, the door had mold, and there where holes in tiles. 1 bed was very hard, the other was sinking like an air mattress. Breakfast was coffee,bread, & runny eggs. The room was so small opening two suitcases took all the free space on the floor. Furniture was out of date and not luggage friendly. Any hostel I’ve stayed in across Europe or Asia is far surperior. The tiny hotels in the mountains of Colombia were far nicer which was shocking considering the location. If you are used to US or European standards stay at the intercontinental a couple doors down. The only nice thing I can say is at least the AC in the room worked and the shower had warm water.
Killing roaches in the bath room, they were in the sleeping area on arrival too.

No space to move or comfortably dress or use the toilet

Nice Hotel
In general it is a nice hotel. The food, drinks and service are good although they can be slow sometimes depending in the amount of people standing in the hotel. Beside the hotel there is another one that is very noisy. So if you got a room beside that hotel I wish you good luck because it is impossible to rest while they are doing their noise.

My stay at the hotel playa club was ok the staff was wonderful. The area was great close to everything. Con: No one to help with the luggage.

The only good thing about this property was it’s location. However, that didn’t make up for how bad of a hotel it is. The staff is not super friendly, the breakfast is not good, and all night long you are hearing noise. The walls are extremely thin and you hear everything going on. It’s not a family friendly hotel in the slightest, it’s definitely more of a party hotel as people are coming in making all sort of noise up until 4 am. Each night we were woken up by someone. In addition their security sucks. I accidentally left my hotel key in our room and when I asked for another one they simply gave it to me without even asking to confirm any identity details. They simply asked that room I was in and gave it to me. Hotel also smells of weed and cigarettes and looked super out dated and not very clean. Easily worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Best part of our stay was the checkout.

La relación precio / Calidad es excelente, me encantó la limpieza del hotel, las camas muy cómodas, el desayuno incluido Espectacular, muy variado y con varias opciones. El personal muy amable en todo momento, siempre atentos ayudar y la ubicación cerca de C.C, tiendas, restaurantes, con salida a la avenida y a la playa. Sugiero tomen este hotel, no se arrepentirán.
