If you are single I do not recommend this place. There are hidden fees and unless you pay extra you can not bring visitors to your room. Very good place to bring your family.

Everything about this place is excellent. The day shift receptionist was amazing. Housekeepers always willing to help. Breakfast good. caffe excellent. Place impeccable. Rooms very comfortable. Desatención hotel oceania

Mala atención, el mismo día del checking me tocó buscar otro hotel ya que la funcionaria que me atendió fue displicente y me habló mal de hoteles.com diciendo que hoteles.com no era confiable. Eso sí es el colmo cuando son ustedes los que nos llevan a los hoteles. Pésima atención y hotel!!!

Muy malo el servicio. Desde el check in hasta la salida. Nada de colaboración, déspotas y cero interés por negocios ya que tengo un grupo grande y no me dieron ni siquiera la información adecuada. Nada que ver con la excelencia cuando perteneció a la cadena Estelar. Descuidados y cero profesionales del sector. Troste decirlo pero así es.
