The perfect hotel in Cartagena!!!

What an incredibly beautiful n chic hotel right in old city...only 12 rooms/suites in a renovated colonial house.... easy walking distance to all the sights and restaurants and shopping. It has a rooftop pool as well as a small lap pool in lobby. I got a deluxe junior suite n it was huge and done in French country chic with modern touches. The bathroom is amazing with l’ Occitane products. Breakfast is included and it’s a civilized sit down proper meal served... not a buffet. But what truly sets this boutique hotel is it’s service especially Angie at front desk who books all the tours n restaurants for me. All other staff are professional and courteous. If I can give 7 stars to a hotel, this will be it!

Hotel en el área amurallada, cerca de todo

El hotel es precioso, acogedor, el servicio es de primera, el desayuno es muy rico y variado, habitaciones súper grandes, la decoración es lindisima , y puedes caminar a todo, restaurantes, iglesia, casas de cambio etc

Cerca de todo y lejos del ruido

Nos encantó! Regresaría feliz y lo recomendaría. A dos minuto de todo, habitación divina y olía delicioso. Buen desayuno, personal muy amable. En la esquina se alquilan segways, súper recomendado. Cerquita de la playa y a los deportistas les va muy bien.

Cute boutique

Only have great things to say about this boutique hotel. The staff were always available and helpful. The rooms were spacious and bathrooms were wonderful. The included breakfast was a true perk.

Honeymooners

We stayed her for the last part of our Honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to restaurants and activities with no problem. The hotel itself was just lovely. We would definitely recommend it!

Recomendo!

O Hotel possui poucos quartos, é bem intimista e aconchegante. A Decoração bonita, funcionários extremamente atenciosos e café da manhã muito bom ( apesar de não ser buffet). Fomos muito bem cuidados durante nossa estadia. O quarto é lindo e enorme assim como o banheiro. A sua localização também é boa.

hotel muy bello con staff muy agradable.

Es un hotel muy bien logrado, el staff es muy agradable y profesional. las habitaciones muy acogedoras, con camas, almohadas y sábanas de primera calidad, la ducha espectacular. El area de piscina muy linda. El restaurante podría dar mejor calidad, solo sirven pan de caja y no hay espresso. Maryelis nos atendió como reyes y Fabio el mesero muy agradable y profesional. Todo el staff merece ser felicitado!!!! Volvería a quedarme ahí a mi regreso a Cartagena.

Excellent hotel with warm, courteous service

Very beautiful hotel maintained very well, nice made to order breakfast, very courteous service at front desk by Angie and Maryellis. Spacious rooms, invitingly cool and fragrant when you return from a long day. Only two suggestions--shower in our room was weak, and coffee machine in room would help, but they did send coffee to our room when we asked for it the night before.

Hermoso hotel, bien ubicado

Casa blanca es un hermoso hotel, la ubicación es ideal, aunque está ubicado en la zona de la ciudad amurallada, se encuentra ubicado a la orilla de ésta y no es ruidoso, es muy acogedor y el servicio del personal es muy amable y cálida. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, con una bonita decoración. Está ubicado a media cuadra de la playa y caminando se encuentra todo lo que uno puede visitar y disfrutar de la Cartagena Antigua. El mismo personal del hotel te recomienda los lugares para visitar fuera de la muralla y te proporcionan el transporte para ello. Lugar hermoso que se tiene que disfrutar con con clima muy propio del caribe. Recomendación, hay que preguntar por los cargos de impuestos que no están incluidos en la tarifa que ya se pagó por la habitación.

It earns its high rating

I arrived well ahead of standard check-in time after 15 hours of travel. They were able to get me into the room within 15 minutes and I got so much-needed crash time. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The included breakfast is delicious with sufficient choices. The Spanish menu has at least one option that's not on the English menu ... an omelet with ham and potato. The swimming pool on the main floor is narrow and pretty short, but I still got laps in every day, which was a great prep for the snorkeling trip I took later in my visit. The roof-top pool is a nice place to sit and cool down in the middle of the day or in the evening after the day's activities. I met a woman at the hotel who was visiting alone for her birthday, and the staff surprised her with a birthday cake which made her day. Access to the hotel is controlled with a buzzer ... there is someone at the front desk at most times, but use the knocker if you buzz a couple of times and don't get a response. On departure, I had requested a taxi which didn't show up, but I don't know where the failure was on that one. I would stay at the Casablanca again in a heart beat. There are a lot of boutique hotels and this is definitely a great experience if you can afford it. I'm so glad I stayed here instead of at one of the big block hotels that could be in any city.

Beautiful, Intimate Hotel with Excellent Service

I stayed at Casablanca Belle And Boutique for three nights in July. First of all the hotel is beautifully furnished. Waterfalls and fountains are throughout the property, the furniture has an antique feel with modern finish. Bathrooms were clean and pretty. It is also quiet and intimate. It felt like an oasis. The service is also excellent. Hotel staff helped me locate an ATM, suggested restaurants and booked an island tour for me. They also gave me a complimentary bottle of wine and a surprise birthday cake! They were warm and gracious throughout my stay

Hotel bonito en la ciudad amirallada

Hotel muy bonito, solo son 12 cuartos y el servicio muy especializado personal muy amable y simpatico, la carta esta muy limitada pero la comida muy buena. La suite principal grande y muy espaciosa con balcon a la calle

Beautiful luxury boutique hotel in walled city

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. I was blown away. The rooms are gorgeous and beds are super comfortable. The staff was helpful and pleasant. This is in the old walled city which is where you want to stay. Close to shopping, bars and restaurants though still feels tucked away.
