Bad bed

Hotel service was good. The bed was really bad. It was so hard that I had to ask for another room. They said all the beds we’re like that, that the only thing they could do was to put a bed cushion. That help a little. The first three days I couldn’t sleep.

Everything was great except the bed. The bed was hard and squeaky. It felt like sleeping directly on a box spring mattress. Otherwise, the room was large and clean, staff were friendly, the shower wasn't ice cold like most homes in Colombia. 2 bottles of water were provided and there was a minifridge. The balcony was nice with a peakaboo view of the ocean. Breakfast was good. If it weren't for the bed, I would give it 5 stars.

Decent for the price.

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The staff was friendly and it was close to the beach. I didn’t take advantage of the amenities they had (gym, pool, casino) but overall my stay was good.

Showers dont really get hot in columbia. Bed was stiff. There was no sauna as listed on expedia. That was the only reason I chose the hotel. Not the greatest condition compared to American hotels. This is my honest review.
