"The property is old, that is a given but poor cleaning doesn’t help. There is hard water stains around all the faucets and drains. The air conditioning units and room vents have heavy dust buildup. The closet had things in the corner from long ago. The bathroom mirror had spots that I hadn’t created and I think a dirty cloth was used to clean the hallway mirror. Big stains like the ones I had on my carpet should be patched up if the carpet is still made. These things were noticeable gross and made everything seems…yucky. This was my 2nd stay at this hotel and I remember now why I didn’t enjoy it the 1st time. Also, the area by the elevators gives the aura of urine. Also, I had a no smoking room but it smelled as if someone close by was smoking periodically. "

The shuttle to/from the airport was easy to use, prompt, and we had interesting conversations with the friendly driver. The hot breakfast was good and plentiful. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if in the area. "
