When the toilet clogged, they were quick to supply a plunger... and they gave a new remote when the original didn't work. The office didn't open until 9am Saturday. That was a little inconvenient."

The online pictures look great. Its a lie. The only good thing was the young man at the desk. He was supposed to be training but the manager left and hadn't come back. He did everything he could to help. He needs to apply at a hotel that isn't a homeless shelter"
