"We just stayed for 2 nights but the staff made us feel so welcome. The view was great in spite of the railway line between us and the sea. We cannot fault the dinner and breakfast food and the staff were so accommodating to our children. I was disappointed that the room had disposable wooden stirrers for drinks rather than teaspoons and that we had to have plastic cups for drinks by the pool although i do understand the safety aspect ( maybe reusable plastic cups could be used?). "We were given this accomodation after our awful experience in Ostuni. It was out in the sticks with nothing nearby. We arrived late so were offered dinner, which we welcomed as there was no alternative nearby. The food and rooms are basic with hard lumpy pillows and no real room service, attempting to make a bed and not actually do anything else is not room service in a so called 4 star hotel.. No kettle in the room and no wifi or phone signal. We ventured out one night but found the surrounding...
