"Love the breakfast tacos"

"The history of the hotel is amazing, the cleanliness, not so much. Hairs on our sheets, sticky bathroom floor, rude staff members, inadequately supplied toiletries. Would never recommend anyone pay $400 for this. Better places with better customer service in the area."

"Comfortable, clean room in a great location."

"After checking in and going to the room we noticed the TV was not in working order. When we called the desk we were told “oh yea.. so… there is an issue with the TV service in almost all rooms and nothing I can do to help you” we were told to speak to the manager in the morning to get what we were promised a $25 credit to be told they could not. Buyer beware !! We should have been told this prior to even giving my card to complete the process"

"The toilet was too low, not ADA compliant."

They put us in a room with 2 single beds rather than the King size that we booked. The only room that they had left was the handicapped room which was an inconvenience for us. "We stayed at this hotel so we could be near my son as it was parents weekend at URI. Lovely grounds and definitely a winery feel to it. Check in and out was simple. Our Room was Lovely... but just a few things could be improved on..expensive hotel so I suppose I expected more... the was a wedding going on so there was loud music until approx. 11pm with lots of guests returning to their rooms making alot of noise. No coffee machine in the room. In our room the bathroom sink had no area to place...

"Great"

"The hotel is a short drive from downtown. The surrounding has several small plaza but it’s needed to drive there. The room and service is good. The breakfast choice is typical."

"The staff at the front desk were rude. There was no hot water for the shower. The breakfast was literally a plain bagel."
