As an Expedia VIP member, the hotel honored my complimentary upgrade to a beautiful Junior Suite with a wonderful view. That generous gesture made my birthday trip even more memorable. I would especially like to recognize Fabiola Lee (mana who provided outstanding service from the moment I arrived. She was warm, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She also arranged a thoughtful birthday surprise that meant so much to me. Those kinds of personal touches are what guests remember long after their trip is over. I would also like to thank Walter for his professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help whenever I needed assistance. It is clear that the hotel has excellent management because every employee I encountered was friendly, highly trained, and genuinely focused on providing outstanding service.
