The room was dirty. When i got in the shower i thought i was going to fall through the bottom.i lifted the mat and the bottom of the shower was broken and they put some kind of glue to keep it together it was covered in what looked like black mold.

We reserved a specific room way in advance. When we arrived after a long day of driving they had given our room away to someone else. We were not the only people they did this to on the exact same night. Then they sent us down the street to their other location which had dead bugs in our room. Looked like it had not been cleaned in months. It should have been a $50 a night hotel not $149. The couch in our room was nasty. The tub was still dirty. The coffee pot was also filthy. I wanted to leave immediately but could not get a refund. Never again!!!

Great location, most aspects good to very good

Overall, a nice place to stay. Linens and the master bedroom area could have been a little cleaner. The sleeper sofa mattress did not look comfortable at all -- we brought our own air mattress. Extremely noisy guests on Saturday night were a problem, from 2 am til almost 6 am.

Average in area with very few lodging choices

The hotel has very nice surroundings and a Mexican restaurant literally next door, so you can just stroll over. The rooms themselves I would compare to the spartan furnishings of a hospital room. When we arrived, the air had been turned off, and all of the appliances unplugged. This includes the mini-fridge and microwave as well, which meant that unless you realized it, the cold beverages you brought and placed within are no longer cold. I realized it, but the friends who had another room didn't. Also, another disappointment was the size of the bed. The reservations are all either 2 twins or 1 queen, however, the queen was seemingly exactly the same size as a full. While 2 adults can fit, just make sure your relationship is at such a point that you don't mind sleeping very close together. If you aren't at that point yet, get the 2 twins. Otherwise it was clean and well-kept and even appeared to have an included breakfast which staff made no mention of whatsoever, and we only saw on our way out

The room was very dirty! The bathroom was not properly cleaned, impossible to touch the remote control and TV as it was sticky and had stuff attached to it! I don't know if they ever cleaned the carpet; your feet were BLACK after walking from the bed to the bathroom. The next day, they just made the bed; they didn't wipe down the bathroom, they didn't clean the coffee pot, didn't dust (did they ever?). Staff was friendly!

FAMILY? room

Originally thought we were getting a cabin. My mistake I guess but the pictures that go along with the available rooms are deceiving. Then I was told we were getting a "family room". We had 5 women and they told me 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ok...sounds like a suite but that's fine. When we checked in we found out that it was simply adjoining rooms. One was a handicapped room. The rooms were clean and comfortable just not what I thought we were paying for.
