I prepaid for my King room. When I checked in the clerk gave me the keys and it was a double Queen room. The room did not smell good, although it was clean. When I went back to the front desk to be switched to what I paid for, he said his reservation said double Queen. I showed him my reservation on my phone where it clearly said King, and he said well sorry we don’t have any King rooms available. Then what did I pay for? I prepaid so that my room would be secure. We have stayed here multiple times and never had a problem. I did arrive late, and parking was almost non-existent. I’m tired and I wanted what I reserved. Not happy.
