"From the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out I was on edge. All of the floors were covered in a layer of crumbs and our room was dirty with cups and wrappers under our bed to marks on the cupboard. They have structural damage and have pieces laying all over the ground. If I could have a refund I would take it. Their elevator only having one working was not up to code. The list goes on."

"Room was very spacious. Bed was mediocre and floors in room could've used a little better vacuuming. Very quiet even though next to DTW airport. No breakfast that was advertized. Great price!"

"The room was clean and stocked well. The pool and fitness area was amazing! We enjoyed Rel-ish, the onsite restaurant and were pleased with our food. Overall this is an amazing hotel that we would definitely book again! The front desk staff were pleasant and super friendly also."

"Eva at the front desk isn't absolute Angel to work with she accommodated us with everything she could and went above and beyond with suggestions. The shuttle driver Mike offered to pick up my partner from the airport and have me ride with him even though we didn't shuttle from there when we originally flew out. Lisa in the palms bar and grill was also very attentive and very pleasant. Michaela at the front desk was also very accommodating and pleasant. We met no unpleasant people during our stay the breakfast is amazing the pool is great the hotel itself is like being outside in Florida in the summer even though it was April in michigan. Would highly recommend. In fact we stayed an extra night even though we only live an hour and a half away."
