"The location is fantastic, right on the corner of the light rail, so you really don’t have to go far at all. You can easily walk around the area and explore the nearby streets.
The hotel is a bit older, but the lobby is very nice and welcoming. I would have really appreciated it if they had honored my drink voucher before 4 p.m. since I was away from 4–6 p.m. lol! 😂 However, they did provide two bottles of wine for our stay across two rooms, which was a nice touch. They also accommodated an early check-in at no extra charge, which I greatly appreciated.
One thing to keep in mind is that valet parking can take a little while, so I recommend calling ahead to give them a heads-up. The valet service before 2 p.m. was a bit slow, but Mohammed was very nice, helpful, and handsome! 😊
Overall, a great location, a lovely lobby, and some thoughtful touches that made our stay enjoyable. HOTEL LOBBY IS GREAT although hotel can some room /carpet renovation."
