"We arrived very late in the evening about 9:30pm and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or more helpful. They recommended a local takeaway that delivered and allowed us to eat our food in the bar and have a drink. Our room was huge and very comfortable. We’ll definitely be back."

We had a comfortable tastefully decorated room with a kettle, tea, biscuits, bottled water and a fan heater if we needed additional warmth. "Brilliantly clean room, nice and spacious. Lovely friendly staff. Modern bathrooms. Relaxed atmosphere and very peaceful. The town is really nice with lots of history. Stayed there to attend a wedding at the local Cornhill Castle which is literally just 10 minutes by cab. The Kirkstyle was so convenient. Breakfast was so generous in its portions and superbly cooked. "

"Not much could be improved upon at this beautiful, immaculate, well-organized B&B. Uta was delightful. The room & toilet were lovely, spacious, and wonderfully decorated. The view from our room (and even the toilet!) was one of the grand memories of our trip. Parking was in an enclosed area and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. You won't go wrong here!"

"Nice hotel, we had a feature bedroom which was spacious and comfortable although it really needs handrails in the bathroom to get out of the narrow bath!. Guests can use the facilities including the pool at the sister Peebles Hydro hotel about 2 minutes drive away. Handy for walking into Peebles high street and the river walks. Good choice of meals in the bar which were reasonably priced and excellent."
