Nice small room just like the pictures. Host lives on the upper portion and is very helpful and can be approached on WhatsApp, so it's very helpful. Also she speaks good English, so no issues in communication.

Arrival and check into casa de betty and Jorge was quick and hassle free. The manager Deyanira and her daughter are very nice and friendly willing to help guest whenever possible. Rooms are comfortable , beds clean and neat and bathroom stock is in place. Everything is OK, Except that the bathroom is too small.

Warm welcome by the host. Good tips for restaurants. We loved the food. The wifi was a bit trouble some, but out of Betty &Jorges reach.

I only stayed for one night but it was an absolute pleasure. The host is super nice and caters for all of your needs. Rooms are clean and include towels, AC, Wifi and a minibar (big bottle of water 2,5€/$).If you wish, you get a breakfast for 5€/$ including fresh fruit and juice, coffee/tea, bread, butter, eggs… everything you could wish for! The beach is 3 min away by foot, the viazul bus station is in 10 min walking distance. All in all, I can definitely recommend their place and would come back any time!

Superfijn verblijf bij onwijs lieve mensen. Het ontbijt was super en dat je op loopafstand van het strand zit, is heel mooi meegenomen. Ik zou dit verblijf zeker aanraden.

Nous avions déjà passé deux semaines à Cuba en arrivant ici. L’accueil que nous avons eu était froid comparé aux autres Casa, aucune boisson proposée, aucune activité non plus. La Casa est situé près d’un hôtel hyper bruyant qui met de la musique à fond le soir. Nous avons dormi avec une odeur d’essence et un bruit de travaux, venant d’une petite cabane attenante à la Casa. La seule personne sympathique était celle qui nous a préparé à manger et qui nous a commandé un taxi pour nous aider à fuir de cet endroit et plus particulièrement Varadero que nous avons détesté !

Bonjour Loïc. Tout d'abord, la personne qui a demandé le taxi et qui leur a préparé un formidable petit-déjeuner ne s'appelle pas Stelle, elle s'appelle Deya et c'est ma mère. Deuxièmement, ils n'ont en aucun cas été accueillis froidement, ce qui se passe, c'est qu'ils étaient prédisposés à être ici. Je ne comprends pas d'où vient l'odeur d'essence, je suis désolé qu'à l'époque nous construisions une salle de bain pour les clients qui doivent y aller après leur départ. Nos excuses pour nous sentir mal. Salutations.

Great stay! The wifi didn’t work very often which was challenging as free wifi in cuba is very hard to find, but other then that everything was great!

Close to the beach. There is a kitchen outside the bedroom, which looked good INITIALLY and has everything, pots, pans, cups and cutlery, BUT, there is no gas or electric cooking hob, no microwave, even no electric kettle. So what's the point? I can not even boil hot water and make a cup of coffee or tea by myself in this “kitchen”! The last and most important thing is I didn’t have basic normal sleep for the two nights staying here. I was waken up at 3am to search for the source of non-stop noise and loud music. The poor quality air conditioner compressor in the property next door made loud noise non-stop, only 2-3 meters away from the window above my bed, and the old styled wood window can’t be closed and sealed tight at all, even though I used earplugs, the loud noise penetrated to my ears and brains all the time. Besides, extremely loud music was played by a nearby swimming pool inside a hotel complex, all day all night, particularly from evening through to 3am, after 3 or 4am, the volume of music was reduced a bit or covered by other noises in the morning. I know these had nothing to do with the host, but for people who are sensitive about loud noise during sleeping, definitely you could NOT sleep well here.

Our stay in Betty casa was just excellent! Young girl Daniela let us in before our check in. Room was very beautiful and clean! Casa located in the middle of Varadero central. All what you need (shops, wifi point, restaurants) are just 5 min walk. She even let us keep room longer then check out time. Big thanks to Daniela and highly recommend to stay!!!

Nous avons été bien reçus par le propriétaire mais nous avons été très déçus par rapport à la description de l'annonce. Le propriétaire ne propose plus le petit déjeuner er ne propose pas non plus le repas le soir. La chambre est totalement indépendante donc il n'y a aucun échange avec les propriétaires, ce n'est pas ce que nous recherchions en louant dans une "casa particular".

Great location, jorge was so nice! There’s a great Italian restaurant next door named don alex! The house is so close to the beach! The room was clean and fulfilled all the needs! Jorge helped us with our transportation back to Havana!

Aunque no pudimos completar nuestra estancia por motivos personales, el tiempo que pasamos fue perfecto. La casa tiene una entrada independiente lo que facilita las llegadas y una genial terraza para pasar un rato tranquilos. La habitación es grande y muy cómoda. Todo estaba perfectamente limpio y recogido casa día. Cerca de la playa y de algunos sitios para comer y tomar algo. Un placer haber estado allí.
