"We loved our stay at Chico Hot Springs! Jen checked us in late in the evening and made sure we still had time to get a quick soak in the hot springs. Staff was very friendly and great food options on the menu. The property is beautiful and the hot springs were recently redone. Hot Springs pool was great for adults and kids. Room was nice and complimentary coffee was provided in the morning in the hotel lobby."

"Great room, well kept (screen door on patio needed work) great checkin process, staff member I met was awesome. Only issue we had was we stayed the first night it got hot...and the AC wasn't working, or the staff member and myself did not understand the 2 seperate room thermostats. So when we wanted to sleep we ended up spending an hour trying to get AC, no luck. They didn't offer another room, but gave us a fan and $20 off the night."

"It’s about as scenic a location as you can imagine. There’s hammocks, fire pit, horseshoe pit, and disc golf available. Breakfast is yogurt, oatmeal, muffin, juice, and coffee. It wasn’t cold during our stay but I’m sure it would be comfortable even if it was cold with heaters, bed warmers, and extra blankets available. Kids loved it and we wish we had stayed longer."

"This room at the entrance of Yellowstone was fantastic. Newly updated, loved the bear and moose decor. It had everything we needed, very clean, all windows in front to view any wildlife. The only negative was the bathroom sink was tiny and the faucet was in center and too big. Water splashed out when rinsing hands, washing face or brushing teeth. That being said can’t recommend this enough if your traveling to Gardiner, MT!"

"Beautiful place in Gardiner right outside of Yellowstone North Entrance. This home was perfect for our family vacation and the town had charm. Small grocery store nearby, plenty of restaurants and walkable tourist stops. I would highly recommend!! 10 out of 10"

"The view outside and the weather was great. Especially , seeing the Elks. The place was very nice and clean. It also had all the amenities, but it was too small & tight for 5 adults with suitcases to stay. The couch and pullout were not very comfortable. However, after putting a topper on the couch it did help. This place would have been good for 2 adults with 3 children to stay. We should have gotten two rooms. The staff was very nice & helpful. "The stay was quite disappointing. Upon entering our room, we found an ozone machine still left inside. After looking it up and learning that high concentrations of ozone can affect the respiratory tract, I grew concerned about the hotel's housekeeping and safety procedures. We informed the front desk and were moved to a new room, but unexpectedly, the bedsheets there were dirty. After a long day of traveling, it was exhausting to deal with a room change, only to encounter further hygiene issues....

"The room was a little dated but it was in excellent shape and very clean. The hotel has a coin operated laundry on site and a small gathering room which was nice. It was a good room, with a great view of the mountains!"
