"No bath products in our room. We called and they were delivered to us . But the system for dispensing the soap and shampoo were pumps to be mounted to the wall and they didnt mount them. Very inconvenient to use. No chairs on the balcony. We kind of felt like we were the first people to use the room and no one checked prior. Housekeeping brought lots of fresh towels and coffee but our room was never thoroughly cleaned, especially the bathroom."
