We got a breakfast sandwich at the food truck one morning that was very good. The property provides you with two chairs and an umbrella at the beach for their guests which is great. "All rooms have a screen covering top to bottom on the balcony. Feels slighly obstructed but still a wonderful view of you chose a beachfront room. Your ocean sounds are interrupted by AC condensers on top of surrounding buildings. This hotel offers alot of amentities more than most. No breakfast, but has coffee, endless towels and full kitchens in units. Property grounds are the nicest across this entire stretch from the beginning of Estero to Bonita Springs. "The bed saved the day. It was a large king and very very comfortable. The room was too dark. Not enough lighting. The free breakfast is minimal. Eggs seemed made from powder."
