"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing, so dedicated, kind, and genuinely helpful. Our luggage was unfortunately lost during our flight, but the two incredible front desk agents went above and beyond to help us communicate with the airport and track our bags. Thanks to their support, we were able to find both of our suitcases. We truly appreciated their kindness and assistance during a stressful situation. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection and quality. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and were extremely happy with our stay. The only downside for us was the location, as the hotel is a little far from the city center. We needed to take an Uber whenever we wanted to visit the center. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and the outstanding staff made our stay especially memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"As a former palace, the building gives a sense of space and grandeur. Delightfully crisp sheets and comfortable pillows (rare find) Helpful staff Lovely breakfast Unfortunately not in a particularly nice area, but near enough to the centre of town with a walk through a huge and buzzing market"
