"When we arrived around 3:20 pm we went to the room and it wasn’t ready and really dirty. Trash in the hallway. It is the nastiest place I’ve ever been. Gave the desk clerk the key and told him the room was too nasty to stay in. Tried to give us another room but we had already seen enough. He said he couldn’t give a refund that he had to check with manager. If I don’t receive a refund I will never book through Expedia again. Had to use a pass key to get in the door to go to the room. That was good. Right around the corner from the elevator the door was propped open with a door stop. Didn’t feel too safe after that. You need to get someone to check out these places that you recommend renting. "

"The bed was so cozy & the room was spacious enough that I did some yoga in the room after my long drive. It was very traveler friendly & quiet after the local traffic died down - I checked in around 6pm on a Friday & the hotel is right by a lot of shopping & restaurants so it was easy to get some dinner that wasn’t fast food. Very clean room & helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again as a woman traveling alone."

"The night clerk was so amazing helping us check in. It was storming she was so helpful checking us in so we didn’t have to get out in the storm. The breakfast was lacking. But everything else was very good. Will stay there again."

"Very friendly staff and the hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was ok just not a lot to choose from. The pool was also ok. Could have used a cleaning but the kids enjoyed it. Good price and convenient location for one night."

"No coffee maker in room. Only had decaf coffee in lobby. Staff said was they were expecting a delivery truck but why not have extra or pick up some coffee grounds from a local store. Slept hot ac thermostat was set to 65 but was more like 75."
