"The room is clean and renovated, and it is very spacious. There is a convenient shuttle that goes from the hotel to downtown Vancouver and free breakfast buffet in the mornings. However, I do wish that more information or reminders were relayed about these amenities, especially during time of check-in. We were not notified about the free shuttle until we asked about the hotel van parked outside, and by then it was our last night. I’m excited to see what the hotel will look like after renovations...

"The property was welcoming to pets. It was easy to get to, and park. Loved how walkable everything was. Really loved having access to a large gym, pool and hot tub. Only thing that was disappointing (and it's common) was not having the parking rolled into your nightly rate. Or perhaps mine wasn't . So it was "in addition to.""

"After two lovely stays at the Pan Pacific Hotel, I've always wanted to return for my future trips. I had to do a quick business trip and booked the Premier Room with the Waterfront and northshore views. Upon arrival, the front desk was very friendly and efficiently completed the check-in process. With the key cards, off I went to my room. As soon as I opened the door, I was blown away by the view of the northshore mountains. "The room was clean but as soon as we started the heater there was marijuana smell coming from it we tried to change our room even pay extra but they were fully booked we also have a 3 month old baby looks like he got eye infection and some redness on his face we had no other choice but to stay so we went to shopping to get my baby some new sheets and blankets "

"Great location with a quick and easy check in and check out process. The view from the bedroom was pleasant looking straight at BC stadium, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully prepared for guests. My favorite part was the hypoallergenic bedding and the excellent pillows, which made for a really restful sleep. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and I would happily return. "

"Warm welcome on arrival but got the keys to the wrong room. Luckily the person was in the shower so they didn’t see us enter. Not very clean with spilt coffee in the elevator. It was overall ok but the pictures looked much nicer. The bar area had nice cocktails. Will probably stay somewhere else next Vancouver trip. "

"They did not have the room we booked, the hotel rooms were unclean, staff were not helpful, the food was awful and upon leaving I checked out and kept my luggage with the hotel services and came back to my bag full soaked in water. Terrible stay but we did make memories. "
